REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy All sales are final. However, we may offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Physical Products

• Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase for unused and unopened products.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Online & In-Person Training

• Live Events & In-Person Training: Refunds are available if canceled 3 days before the event. No refunds for no-shows.
• Online Courses & Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
• Certification Programs: Refunds are not available after enrollment.
